This month I had the privilege of walking with Clare Balding for her iconic Radio 4 show "Ramblings". One of my guests had written in to the show suggesting I might be a good candidate! I knew this was an amazing opportunity and felt very excited but to be honest was also quite nervous (and I'm known to blank when i get nervous!) No need to worry though as Clare was lovely and made it all very easy. We walked North from Kington on Offa's Dyke path to my favourite bench chatting about my life, health, business, Kington...everything was perfect including the weather 😃.
